Why should you work at Rob's?

We started out to change the game in the firearms industry. Here, we believe we have done just that. We offer unbeatable prices and always work to keep the prices low. We strive to offer the highest level of customer service possible.

As Veterans we understand how hard it is for our fellow Service Members to transition back to the civilian life. This is another reason we support our Military, by hiring Veterans. We know that during the transition, it's hard to work in just any job position. At Rob's, we are anything but a normal job.

We don't require you to be the firearms expert. We do look to see your level of firearms knowledge, as well as knowledge of the industry we work within. We are open 7 days a week Monday-Saturday 10 am to 6 pm Sundays 12 pm to 6 pm. We are a fast-paced work environment and work in an industry that requires high attention to detail. While customer service is a top priority you have to be able to multitask while making sure the small details are not ignored.

We are a strong support of our First Responders. We have built a strong relationship with our local Law Enforcement Officers. Working at Rob's means you will also be working closely with them.
