Why should you work at Rob's?

We started to change the game in the firearms industry. Here, we believe we have done just that. We offer unbeatable prices and continually work to keep the prices low. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

As Veterans, we understand how hard it is for our fellow Service Members to transition back to civilian life. This is another reason we support our Military by hiring Veterans. We know that during the transition, it's hard to work in just any job position. At Rob's, we are anything but normal.

We don't require you to be a firearms expert, but we do look to see your firearms knowledge and knowledge of the industry we work within. We are open seven days a week, 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sundays. We are in a fast-paced work environment in an industry that requires high attention to detail. While customer service is a top priority, you have to be able to multitask while making sure the small details are not ignored.

We strongly support our First Responders and have built a strong relationship with our local Law Enforcement Officers. Working at Rob's means you will also be working closely with them.
